Cancellation Policy

Groople understands that travel plans can change and we try our best to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. Please take note of the following policies when making a reservation:

1. Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellation 7 days or more before the start date of your reservation: If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the start date of your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
3. Cancellation within 7 days of the start date of your reservation: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the start date of your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your reservation.
4. Cancellation within 48 hours of the start date of your reservation: If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the start date of your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the total cost of your reservation.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through Groople. In some cases, individual hotels or tour providers may have their own cancellation policies that differ from the Groople policy. It is your responsibility to review the cancellation policy of your specific booking before making your reservation.
